World Education Award 2023
Mr. Ishtiaque Abedin was honored with the World Education Award 2023 at the 25th Elets World Education Summit, held on 20–21 March 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to higher education in Bangladesh. He received a memento and a certificate as part of the award. Notably, Mr. Abedin is the first Bangladeshi to receive this honor in the category of Outstanding Contribution to Higher Education. The summit was organized by Elets Technomedia, a leading technology and media research organization in Asia and the Middle East.
Commonwealth Business Excellence Award 2023
Mr. Ishtiaque Abedin was honoured with the “Commonwealth Business Excellence Award 2023” at the Commonwealth Partnership Summit & Business Excellence Awards, held on July 27 in Singapore, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to business and social service. He received this award in the category of “Outstanding Contribution to Business and Social Service in Bangladesh.
Mak Lubricants Distributor award 2018
Bangladeshi company Chemlube Ltd was awarded for its extraordinary performance as a distributor of Mak Lubricants, a product of India’s Bharat Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Ishtiaque Abedin, Managing Director of Chemlube, received the award from V. Anand, Executive Director of Bharat Petroleum, at the annual sales and marketing conference of Mak Lubricants held in Goa, India, in 2018.
